By creating an account or using Bilanzart™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Bilanzart™ is a cloud-based accounting, reporting, and tax platform for professional accounting firms and their clients. Features include general ledger, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliation, and AI-assisted document processing. An optional paid add-on integrates Honumx Scheduling, a separate Honumx product, so clients can book appointments; it is governed by its own Terms, independent of these.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) before connecting bank accounts via Plaid. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

You may not use Bilanzart™ to process fraudulent transactions, evade taxes, violate any applicable law, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Bilanzart™ provides tools to record and report financial data; it does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or CPA services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered and for compliance with applicable tax laws.

Bank connections are powered by Plaid Technologies, Inc. By connecting a bank account, you also agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy. We access only transaction and account data you authorize.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Bilanzart™ and all associated software are the proprietary property of Honumx, LLC. All rights are reserved, and no license to copy, modify, or distribute the software is granted. Your data remains your property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honumx, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bilanzart™.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
